This service is offered after validation of your basket by simple payment by credit card free of charge, without supporting documents or specific formalities or acceptance period.
Payment will be accepted only under the following cumulative conditions (on the day of your order) :
- Your account must be funded with the amount of the first installment ;
- The expiry date of your card must be greater than the date of your last monthly payment, ie 61 days after the order date ;
- Authentication of your identity by confirming the operation by entering the confirmation code sent by your bank to the telephone number you gave them.

Conclusion of contract
After validation of your basket on our website, choose your method of payment "Payment in 3 installments free of charge" by credit card. You will be redirected to a secure BNP Paribas page showing a detailed summary of your order, the amount of each installment and their collection dates.
The maximum duration between the first and the last payment must not exceed a total duration of 3 months.
Confirmation of the payment method is done by the so-called "double-click" technique, i.e. you have read and accept our general conditions of sale, payment and delivery by checking the box "I have read and accept the conditions of sale".
You acknowledge that the "double click" associated with acknowledgment of the general conditions constitutes consent to contract and constitutes irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions.
Exécution du contrat
By validating the request for payment in 3 installments free of charge, you request the immediate execution of this contract
In the event of default on your part in the reimbursements, JLV Sound may demand immediate reimbursement of the capital remaining due.
JLV Sound may give a mandate to any company of its choice in the context of the management of monthly payment calls and/or their recovery.
Rétractation de l'acceptation
Conformément à l'article L.121-20-12 du Code de la consommation, après avoir accepté le présent contrat, vous pouvez revenir sur votre engagement par simple mail ou courrier en recommandé (bordereau de retractation "Paiement en 3 fois sans frais) dans un délai de 14 jours francs à compter de la date de votre commande.
En cas de rétractation, la vente pour laquelle vous avez sollicité la demande de paiement en 3 fois sans frais est résolue, sauf si JLV Sound vous propose un autre moyen de paiement.
En cas de résolution de la vente, JLV Sound vous remboursera l'intégralité de la somme que vous lui auriez versée au titre du paiement en 3 fois sans frais dans les 30 jours suivant la restitution de(s) la marchandise(s) objet de la vente.
En aucun cas l'exercice de ce droit de rétractation ne donne lieu à un enregistrement sur un fichier.
En cas de rétractation partielle de votre commande, le montant de vos échéances sera adapté au nouveau montant financé, sauf avis contraire de votre part.
Conformément à l'article L311-3 du Code de la consommation, l'offre de "paiement 3 fois sans frais" n'est pas soumise aux dispositions des articles L.311-1 et suivants du Code de la consommation notamment en raison du délai de remboursement ne dépassant pas trois mois et des frais négligeables qui y sont perçus au titre du présent contrat.
