Tomislav Žužak (1978) is one of Croatia’s most acclaimed saxophonists.
An artist of exceptional interpretative technique, he cultivates a wide repertoire that spans diverse styles, with a strong focus on contemporary music.
A graduate of the Academy of Music in Zagreb under Dragan Sremec, Tomislav Žužak continued his studies at the Paris Conservatoire with Jean-Yves Fourmeau and Philippe Portejoie.

A versatile artist, Tomislav Žužak has given numerous chamber music recitals as well as solo performances with orchestra.
He has recorded several albums, both as a soloist and with his saxophone quartet.
Since 2008, he has been a member of the Papandopulo Quartet, with which he performs regularly on national and international stages.
Awarded several prizes in Croatia and abroad, he is also a respected pedagogue.
Today, Tomislav Žužak teaches saxophone at the University of Zagreb, the University of Sarajevo, and the Samobor School of Music.
He is also the founder and co-organizer of the Jaska Saxophone School, and leads workshops for the Croatian Musical Youth.
