Born in Foggia in 1998, Marco MANCINI earned his Bachelor’s degree in Musical Disciplines – Saxophone with highest honors (110 e lode) at the “Umberto Giordano” Conservatory of Foggia, Rodi Garganico campus, under the guidance of M° Roberto Vagnini.
He continued his studies at the “N. Piccinni” Conservatory in Bari, where he also obtained his Master’s degree with highest honors (110 e lode), under M° Valter Nicodemi.
In 2012, he won First Prize in the Winds category at the “Torneo Internazionale di Musica” (TIM) in Paris.

In 2022, he recorded the complete works for solo saxophone by Australian composer Barry Cockcroft for Da Vinci Classics.
