Ludovic Molin is a French tenor saxophonist, a graduate of the prestigious Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP). He distinguished himself for several years as a member of the Musique des Gardiens de la Paix de Paris, the emblematic orchestra of the French National Police, where he held the rank of Police Major.
A career combining musical excellence and public service
As a member of the Musique des Gardiens de la Paix, Ludovic Molin took part in numerous official concerts, ceremonial events, tours, and educational initiatives. Founded in 1929, this ensemble embodies artistic excellence within public service, performing a wide-ranging repertoire from classical to jazz, as well as popular and world music.
In 2019, his expertise was recognized when he was appointed as a jury member for the recruitment of tenor and baritone saxophonists, highlighting his active role in passing on knowledge and selecting new talent.
He currently continues his artistic activity as an independent musician, bringing his experience to a wide variety of musical projects.
