Biography :

 

Ensemble Rayuela

was born at the National Conservatory of Music and Dance in Paris, following the friendly meeting of four saxophonists and a pianist. Coming from different countries (Spain, Japan and Italy), members of the ensemble feed their musical project with a rich cultural mix that they sometimes share with other instrumentalists; encounters conducive to the exploration of new musical styles.

Currently, the ensemble is perfecting with David Walter at the Conservatoire de Paris.

Ensemble Rayuela performed at the Philharmonie de Paris as part of the "Prélude aux concerts" cycle, at the "Autumn musical grand Châtellerault", at the "European Young talents Festival" at the Hôtel de Soubise, at the "XVIII World Saxophone Congress "in Zagreb and at the Festival" Winds of Winter "in the Grand Salon des Invalides.

He also won the first prize and the jury prize at the 91st edition of the Leopold Bellan International Competition.

Ensemble Rayuela is supported by Henri Selmer Paris, D'Addario Woodwinds, JLV Sound Paris and the Contemporary College.

 


Rui Ozawa

Rui Ozawa, Japanese saxophonist, began his studies at the Senzoku University of Music in Japan and then joined the Cergy-Pontoise CRR.
She obtained her master's degree with honors unanimously at the Conservatoire de Paris. Currently, she continues her studies in the 3rd cycle of contemporary ICD and creation and master of chamber music in the class of David Walter.
She won the 2nd prize at the International Competition "Japan Wind and Percussion", the honorary prize at the Leopold Bellan Competition and the 2nd prize at the Dreux Competition.
She is a member of Ensemble Rayuela and also of Parero Saxophone Quartet.

 

 

Raquel Paños Castillo

Raquel Paños Castillo studied first with Mariano Garcia, Federico Coca and Jean-Denis Michat, and then obtained the Master of saxophone at the CNSM in Paris in Claude Delangle's class.
Supported by the Meyer Foundation and winner of several international competitions, she is very involved in the field of research and contemporary creation.
She finalizes the DAI contemporary repertoire and creation in 2018, having collaborated with the IRCAM and the Ensemble intercontemporain among others and becomes an active member of the Contemporary College.
Today she is studying with David Walter at the CNSM in Paris and combines her artistic activity with pedagogy.

 

 

Nahikari Oloriz Maya

Nahikari Oloriz Maya obtient sa licence à l’Ecole supérieure de musique de Catalogne auprès de Nacho Gascón, le DEM auprès de Vincent David au CRR de Versailles et le master au CNSM de Paris dans la classe de Claude Delangle.
Soutenue par les fondations Meyer, Anna Riera, AIE et Argorart,
Nahikari est lauréate de nombreux concours internationaux en Andorre, Espagne, Allemagne et Ukraine et a remporté le deuxième prix du "Enkor Competition" .

 

 

Livia Ferrara

Livia Ferrara, jeune saxophoniste italienne, elle a donné plusieurs concerts en qualité de soliste, accompagnée par “Orchestra Pomeriggi Musicali di Milano” et elle a collaboré avec plusieurs orchestres tels que “Orchestra Accademia del Teatro alla Scala” sous la direction du chef d'orchestre John Axelrod. Elle s'est produite dans de nombreuses salles importantes, telles que: Royal Opera House of Muscat, ORF Radio Kulturhaus, Hall of Belgrade Philharmonic.
Elle a obtenu son Master en Performance avec Lars Mlekusch au “Konservatorium WienvPrivatuniversitaet” puis elle s’est perfectionnée avec Vincent David.
