Originally from Huelva, Diego García trained at the greatest conservatories in Spain and in the Netherlands with Arno Bornkamp.

Diego García VARGAS, originally from Calañas (Huelva), began his musical studies at the CEM Antonio Garrido Gamonoso, before continuing at the CPM Javier Perianes in Huelva, and then obtaining his Higher Diploma in Music at the RCSM Victoria Eugenia in Granada, specializing in performance – saxophone.
He then continued his studies at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam as part of a postgraduate program in saxophone, under the tutelage of renowned saxophonist Arno Bornkamp. Winner of the CPM Javier Perianes Soloist Competition and the Gran Canaria Saxophone Competition – Villa de Teror (second prize in both), he has distinguished himself on the national stage.
To enhance his training, Diego García has attended masterclasses with saxophone greats such as Vincent David, Koryun Asatryan, Nikita Zimin, Nicolas Arsenijevic, Miguel Ángel Lorente, Alberto Sáez, and Mariano García.
